Sponsored channel cards carry a stale data-video-id that 404s; use the
card link target. The signed pix-cdn77 thumbnail hosts 403 without a
Referer, so route them (tube8, ph-shorties) through a new host-restricted
aylo-thumb proxy. Also correct the pornhub-thumb route that sat under a
doubled /proxy prefix.

New channel: hotbunny (AI-generated hentai, hotbunny.ai JSON API).
Includes thumbnail proxy (/proxy/hotbunny-thumb/) since assets.hotbunny.ai
is CF bot-managed. check.py updated to treat CF-protected format URLs as
warnings rather than errors.
requester.rs: store_response_cookies now honours the Domain attribute in
Set-Cookie headers — cookies scoped to .domain.com are registered against
the parent domain so the wreq Jar returns them for sub.domain.com requests
automatically, without per-provider workarounds.

The site was redesigned from old HTML classes to Tailwind CSS, breaking all
selectors. Also fixes a base64 space-padding bug that corrupted the XOR cipher
decryption of data-enc attributes (video stream URLs).
Key changes:
- New parse_card() using updated Tailwind CSS selectors (div.group, a.playthumb,
a.text-brand-pink, etc.) to match the redesigned page structure
- Fixed base64 padding from spaces to = characters in both provider and proxy
- Fixed proxy route (/proxy/thaiporntv/{endpoint}* was double-prefixed and used
wrong capture group name)
- Updated load_tags() to use a.group[href*='/tags/'] with h2 child selector
- Added CDN base URL constant (web.techvids.top) for thumbnail and HLS paths
- Preview GIF URLs populated from data-id attribute
